The Plan That's Right For You PHASE I: Awareness

PHASE II: In Depth Self-Assessment
Johnson & Lee will gladly perform an in depth self-assessment of your company. We will immerse ourselves in your company while we conduct an on-site self-assessment. Working with you, we may use one or more of the following assessment tools:

2. Observation and measurements of critical processes
3. Surveys
PHASE III: Customized Initiatives
