Emotional Intelligence (EQ) For Leaders

Emotional Intelligence is the essential building block in a leader’s ability to establish the right climate for people and businesses to succeed.  Developing your Emotional Intelligence is a proven gateway to improved leadership performance.  EQ principles provide a new way to understand and assess people’s behaviors, management styles, attitudes, interpersonal skills and potential.  Leaders at all levels of the organization from front-line supervisors to the CEO must demonstrate daily a high degree of emotional intelligence to be successful in their leadership roles.
