He coached the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) at a large health center to develop a diverse organization that is viewed as a model of best practices within the 36-hospital health system, addressing the importance of valuing each of the many dimensions of diversity in the workplace. This CDO is currently implementing the program at another health system that is four times the size of the previously-mentioned health system.
Franky also has entrepreneur experience as he founded a successful consulting firm which focuses on assisting businesses and non-profit organizations to meet revenue goals by increasing cultural competency, utilizing the workforce to its full potential and assessing problems as employees adjust to the dynamics of an increasingly diverse workplace.
